Issue: After one earbud is put back in and taken out of the case several times (closing and opening the case in between), the earbuds stop connecting in the Noise Audio App, while music and calls still work fine over Bluetooth.

1) Put both earbuds back in the case, close the lid and wait for about 10 seconds.

2) Open the lid and take out both earbuds together. Wait until they connect to the mobile via Bluetooth.

3) Open the Noise Audio App and tap Reconnect.

4) If it still does not connect, close the Noise Audio App completely (remove it from recent apps), open it again and connect.

5) If the issue continues, Forget the device in the app (Settings > 3 dots icon below the product image > Forget device), remove the earbuds from the mobile’s Bluetooth settings, pair again via Bluetooth and then connect in the app.

6) Make sure the earbuds are on firmware V29, as it fixes issues related to the connectivity of the earbuds through the app.

7) If it still does not connect, RESET the earbuds (case button for 15 seconds with the lid open) and connect again via Bluetooth and the app.

Note: Avoid putting one earbud in and taking it out of the case repeatedly while connected to the app. For single earbud use, take the earbud out once and keep the other earbud in the closed case.
