1) Master Buds Open are open-ear earbuds – they do not block the ear canal and have no ANC or Transparency mode. Surrounding sounds will be heard by design, which keeps the user aware of traffic and people nearby.

2) In very noisy places, increase the volume to a comfortable level or adjust the EQ.

3) Avoid listening at very high volume for long durations.
