1) Put the earbuds in pairing mode – earbuds inside the case, lid open, press and hold the case button for 3 seconds (case LED flashes white).

2) Windows: Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Add device > Bluetooth > select Master Buds Open.

3) Mac: System Settings > Bluetooth > select Master Buds Open > Connect.

4) After connecting, select Master Buds Open as the sound output in the laptop’s sound settings (and as the microphone for calls).

5) For video calls (Zoom, Teams, Meet etc.), select Master Buds Open as both Speaker and Microphone in the app’s audio settings.

6) If the laptop does not find the earbuds, restart the laptop’s Bluetooth, update the Bluetooth driver (Windows) and try again.

Note: On some laptops, music quality drops while the earbuds’ microphone is in use on a call. This is normal Bluetooth behaviour and the quality returns once the call ends.
