1) Ensure volume is adjusted on all sources (music/video app, mobile phone, earbuds controls).

2) Make sure the earbuds are worn correctly – the speaker part should sit just in front of the ear canal opening. As this is an open-ear design, even a small shift in position can make the sound feel lower.

3) Test the device with different mobile phones to determine if the issue is content specific.

4) Try the EQ modes or Custom EQ in the Noise Audio App.

5) Please once reset the earbuds and reconnect.

6) If low sound occurs during calls, consider network issues or problems with the other party’s device.

Note: Open-ear earbuds do not seal the ear canal, so in noisy places (traffic, metro, crowds) the sound will feel lower than in-ear earbuds. This is by design.
