When to RESET: pairing fails, one earbud does not connect, the earbuds are out of sync, or the battery reading is very inconsistent.

1) Ensure that the Master Buds Open earbuds are fully charged.

2) Delete/remove “Master Buds Open” from the paired devices list in the Bluetooth menu.

3) Place both earbuds inside the charging case, keep the lid open and press and hold the charging case button for 15 seconds.

4) The LED on the case will flash orange and the earbuds will come back into the pairing mode.

5) Pair the earbuds with the mobile again and reconnect them with the Noise Audio App.

Note: RESET clears the pairing information and the user data saved on the earbuds. Customizations (Touch Controls, Noise AI controls) should be checked and set again in the Noise Audio App.
