1) The two earbuds work as a primary and a secondary earbud. They switch roles automatically based on battery level to balance battery use.

2) Roles also switch when one earbud is taken out of the case or put back during a call or music.

3) A brief audio break during this switch is normal.

4) If the audio cuts often (not just during a switch), keep the mobile closer and follow the steps under “Frequent Disconnection”.
