1) For a new unit, make sure the protective plastic (poly) inside the case has been removed – if it sits on the charging pins, the earbuds will not charge (refer to “Protective plastic (poly) inside the case”).

2) Place both earbuds in their own slots in the charging case (L in L, R in R) and close the lid. Make sure each clip sits fully in its slot and touches the charging pins – an earbud that is not pushed in fully will not charge.

3) The case charges the earbuds only when the lid is closed. If the lid is left open, the earbuds will not charge.

4) Wipe the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case with a dry, soft cloth (sweat or dust on the contacts can stop charging).

5) To charge the case:

• Use the provided C‑Type USB cable to connect the device to a USB port on a laptop/computer (ensure the PC is ON and not in sleep/hibernate mode).

• Try a different USB port if needed.

• Avoid high‑power mobile chargers (over 2A) and verify that the wall socket is functioning properly.

6) While charging, the case LED stays orange; once fully charged, it stays white. The white LED turns off when the charging cable is removed.

7) If the case LED does not glow at all on connecting the cable, try another cable/adapter and check the Type-C port for dust.
