1) Check the battery level on the Bluetooth bar (or in Bluetooth settings) when the device is connected. The battery level is reported in steps of 10%.

2) Battery level can also be checked on the Home screen of the Noise Audio app. Note - The battery level can vary slightly depending on the usage.

3) Always close the lid after putting the earbuds back in the case. With the lid open, the earbuds stay powered on and do not charge.

4) Features that run continuously (Spatial Audio, Noise AI, AI Transcription) and high volume increase battery use.

5) In case of major inconsistencies in the battery percentage, please once 'Reset' the device and reconnect.

Note, if the device volume is 100% then the battery consumption will be higher (open-ear earbuds are often used at higher volume in noisy places).
