1) For a new unit, check that the protective plastic (poly) inside the case has been removed – if it sits on the charging pins, the earbuds cannot charge or power on.

2) Device should not be in the deep discharge mode (i.e., not idle for too long).

3) If the earbuds were not charged for a very long time, place them in the case, close the lid and charge for 2-3 hours.

4) The earbuds power on automatically when the case lid is opened. If they do not, put them back in the case, close the lid and open it again.

5) Check for any physical damage and Keep it on charge for 60 minutes. Please check that the earbuds can be Powered on.
