1) If the earbuds have been paired before, they will automatically reconnect to the last connected mobile within 5 seconds of opening the case lid (Bluetooth must be ON on the mobile).

2) If the earbuds do not reconnect within 2 minutes of opening the lid, they go into low power mode. Close the lid, wait for a few seconds and open it again.

3) Closing the lid with the earbuds inside disconnects them from the mobile within 3 seconds. This is normal.

4) If both earbuds go out of Bluetooth range, they disconnect and will reconnect automatically when brought back within range (within 30 minutes). After that, close and reopen the lid to reconnect.

Note: The connection prompt does not play if the mobile is on a call while the earbuds reconnect.
