1) Check the L and R markings – the left earbud goes in the left slot and the right earbud in the right slot. A swapped earbud will not sit properly in the slot.

2) Place each earbud in the slot in the same direction it was taken out and press gently until it sits flat.

3) Do not force the lid closed. If the lid does not close, take the earbuds out and place them again.

4) Check that no dirt, hair or any other object is stuck inside the slots.

Note: If the lid is not fully closed, the earbuds will not charge, will not power off and will not disconnect from the mobile.
