1) Ensure that the earbuds are connected via both Bluetooth and the Noise Audio App.

2) Open the Noise Audio App and go to the Equaliser feature on the homepage.

3) Select a Default mode or use the Custom EQ option and play music to test.

4) For more bass on the open-ear design, raise the low frequencies in Custom EQ.
