1) Ensure the earbuds are connected via both Bluetooth and the Noise Audio App, and the app is open (foreground or background).

2) Open the Noise Audio App and go to the Noise AI tab.

3) Select the AI Transcription feature. Once it is chosen, the words spoken to the earbuds will be transcribed.

4) Transcription starts only after the feature is selected in the Noise AI tab – anything spoken before selecting it will not be transcribed.

5) Speak clearly and keep the earbuds worn correctly and uncovered (no hair, cap or scarf over them). Background noise or strong wind can reduce accuracy.

6) Ensure the mobile has an active internet connection and microphone permission is allowed for the Noise Audio App.

7) If transcription stops midway, check that the app was not closed and the earbuds did not disconnect, then select the feature again.
