1) Ensure the earbuds are connected via both Bluetooth and the Noise Audio App.

2) By default, Noise AI is triggered by Tap & Hold (3 seconds) on either earbud.

3) The Noise AI controls can be customised in the Noise Audio App as per the user’s preference. Save the changes after customising.

4) If Noise AI does not trigger with Tap & Hold, check whether the Noise AI control was changed in the app and use the control that is currently set.

5) After a RESET, check the Noise AI controls in the app again.
