1) Ensure the Master Buds Open are connected via both Bluetooth and the Noise Audio App.
2) Noise AI will work through the clips only when the Noise Audio App is open – either in the foreground or running in the background. If the app is closed (removed from recent apps or force stopped), Noise AI will not respond.
3) To trigger Noise AI, tap and hold either earbud for 3 seconds (default control). A voice prompt will play once Noise AI is triggered.
4) During an incoming call, Tap & Hold rejects the call, so Noise AI cannot be triggered with this gesture at that time.
5) Ensure the mobile has an active internet connection and microphone permission is allowed for the Noise Audio App.
6) To keep the app running in the background, turn off battery optimisation for the Noise Audio App (Android: Settings > Apps > Noise Audio > Battery > Unrestricted; iOS: keep Background App Refresh ON). The path may vary by phone.
7) Make sure the Noise Audio App is updated to the latest version, the user is logged in, and the earbuds are on firmware V29.
