1) Check that the protective plastic (poly) inside the case has been removed from both slots – if it sits on one earbud’s pins, that earbud will not charge or connect.
2) Put the device on charge (both earbuds in the case, lid closed).
3) Open the lid – both earbuds connect to each other within 5 seconds. Wait a few seconds before taking them out.
4) Take out the earbud which is working and check if it has sound and touch is working
5) Put it back and remove it from Bluetooth pairing and now take out the earbud which was not working
6) Connect it and then check if it is connected and there is any sound and touch is working. If it is working then no issue
7) If the earbuds are still not in sync, place both earbuds in the case and close the lid – they try to pair with each other when the lid is closed. Open the lid and check again.
Before RPU: if both earbuds work on Bluetooth but the app does not connect after one earbud was put in and taken out repeatedly, follow Features > “Earbud not connecting in App after repeated in/out (works on Bluetooth)” first.
8) Connect the product with APP and see if both earbuds’ battery is showing on the dashboard, if not then RPU
Note: If one earbud goes out of range of the other, it reconnects automatically within 10 seconds once it is back in range.
