"a) Charge the charging case fully using the cable received with the product

b) Educate the customer that the case battery is used both for charging the earbuds and for the case Bluetooth/controls

c) Advise the customer to turn OFF the case Bluetooth when the case controls are not in use (as per the steps in the user manual)

d) If the case is not charging at all, follow the ""Product not charging"" steps in the Common Issues sheet

e) If the case battery drains fast even when the case Bluetooth is OFF - do RPU

Note: The charging case will stay connected to the device until it is powered off manually by pressing the multi function button on the charging case for 5s"
