"a) Switch the case to Binge Scroll mode - press the case button 4 times (Lavender LED indicates the active mode)

b) Turn ON page scroll on the Mobile phone: Settings > Accessibility > Zoom > On (Only in iPhones)

c) Educate the customer about Binge Scroll mode controls:

- Single press - Page scroll Up

- Double press - Page scroll Down

- Triple press - Double Tap/Like on Social Media

d) Keep the Mobile phone unlocked and the app open on the screen while using Binge Scroll mode

e) Test in a short video app (Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts)

f) Remove ""Noise Buds VS402 Gen2 - Box"" from the Bluetooth settings, restart the Mobile phone's Bluetooth and connect the case again

g) If Media mode controls work fine but Binge Scroll does not, it is related to phone settings/app support - No RPU. If no case control works in any mode, follow the ""Charging case buttons/scroll not working"" steps"
