"a) Ask the customer to press and hold the multifunction button on the side of the charging case for 5 seconds

b) The LED on the charging case will start to glow slowly - this indicates that the case is ON and in pairing mode

c) Open the Bluetooth settings in the Mobile phone, search for ""Noise Buds VS402 Gen2 - Box"" and tap on it to connect

d) If the name is not showing, restart the Mobile phone's Bluetooth (OFF and ON) and scan again. Keep the case close to the Mobile phone while pairing

e) If the case was connected to any other device earlier, turn OFF the Bluetooth of that device and try again

f) If the LED does not glow after the 5 seconds press, put the charging case on charge for 30 minutes using the cable received with the product and try again
