Earbuds:

- Make sure your earbuds are fully charged.

- Delete/remove the Noise Buds VS402 Gen2 from the paired devices section in the BT menu.

- Take out both/any one of the earbuds from the charging case. Press and hold either earbud touch for 10 seconds.

- The white and red LED on the buds will start blinking, this indicates that the earbuds have been reset.

Charging Case:

- Make sure the charging case is fully charged

- Delete/remove the Noise Buds VS402 Gen2 - Box from the paired devices section in the BT Menu.

- Double press and then hold the multi function button on the charging case for 10s.

- The red LED will blink thrice, this indicates that the charging case have been reset. "
