"1. Educate the customer about the calling controls on the case:

- Press and hold for 2 seconds - Answer/End call

- Double press & hold for 3 seconds - Reject call

- In Media mode, a single press also Answers/Ends the call

2. For Reject call - press the button twice and keep holding on the second press for 3 seconds

3. Make sure the case is connected to the same Mobile phone that is receiving the call

4. Test with a normal phone call first. App calls (WhatsApp, Teams etc.) may behave differently

5. Remove ""Noise Buds VS402 Gen2 - Box"" from the Bluetooth settings, restart the Mobile phone's Bluetooth and connect the case again
