"a) Put the charging case on charge and make sure it has enough battery

b) If the case is OFF, press and hold the multifunction button for 5 seconds to turn it ON, then select ""Noise Buds VS402 Gen2 - Box"" in the Bluetooth settings if it does not connect automatically

c) Use the case within the Bluetooth range and do not cover the Mobile phone by hand or by any other object

d) Remove ""Noise Buds VS402 Gen2 - Box"" from all other previously paired devices and keep it connected only with the customer's main Mobile phone

e) Remove the case from the Mobile phone's Bluetooth settings, restart the Mobile phone and connect the case again

f) If the case still disconnects frequently within the range on different Mobile phones
