1) Please enable/disable the Spatial Audio as it is a touch enabled function. You can tap the right earbud four times to enable or disable the Spatial Audio.

2) Also, check the toggle is enabled/disabled for Spatial Audio in the Noise Audio App.

3) Please check if the ANC/Adaptive ANC is turned on. If yes, Spatial Audio will not work.

4) If the Head Tracking is not working, ensure the earbuds are connected, the earbuds are in normal mode and the Head tracking is enabled in the Noise Audio App

Note: Spatial Audio with head tracking can be toggled through the Noise Audio App.
