1) Confirm that the earbuds are connected to the input device.
2) Enable Wear Detection toggle in the Noise Audio app (Homepage > Enable Wear Detection toggle > it will get saved).
3) This function controls play/pause for media and activates/deactivates ANC; if still issues persist, consider a RESET to restore factory settings.
Note: The music/media might play/pause if the user is performing any kind of physical activity (e.g. Running, working out, etc.) while wearing the earbuds due to earbuds getting shifted/moved due to any movement. It is recommended to turn off the wear detect feature in such scenarios to avoid the mentioned behavior.
