1) Please make sure that the earbuds is placed properly inside the ear and the Transparency mode is on.

2) Open the Noise Audio app, go to the Noise Control section, tap the Transparency icon, and save adjustments.

3) Transparency mode allows ambient sound to enter the ear (the opposite of ANC) and can also be controlled through button. Please check the User Manual for touch enabled functions.
