1) Please make sure that the earbuds is placed properly inside the ear and the ANC mode is on.

2) Open the Noise Audio app, go to the Noise Control section > Click on the ANC icon > Select the Low, Medium and High Level accordingly.

3) If the earbuds is not properly set over the earbuds then it might not work.
