1) Request you to follow the given below dual pairing process:

• Connect the device with Mobile1/Laptop1.

• Keep the earbuds back inside the charging case

• While the lid is open, long press the case button for 3 seconds

• Connect the device with Mobile2/Laptop2.

2) The device remains connected to one device at a time.

3) Once the first device’s function pauses, the second device becomes active.

4) In incoming call situations, if one device is playing media, the device auto switches to the incoming call phone.

5) A 3–4 second delay in switching is normal due to earbuds assessment.

 Alternatively. a) Double Press the Power button in order to activate the pairing with the second device.
