1) Device should not be in the deep discharge mode (i.e., not idle for too long).

2) If the earbuds was not charged for a very long time then charge it for 2-3 hours

3) Check for any physical damage and Keep it on charge for 60 minutes. Please check that the earbuds can be Powered on.
