Touch controls not responding / wrong function triggering

1) Confirm the correct gesture for the correct side using the control map in the note below.

2) Tap firmly on the flat touch area (not the ear-tip) and keep multi-taps quick and even.

3) Wipe the touch surface and fingers dry – moisture blocks capacitive touch.

4) Check the app to see if gestures were re-assigned; restore defaults if unsure.

5) Reset (case, lid open, case button 10s → "RESET") to restore default controls, then re-pair.

6) Check for battery drainage, You can observe 300-400ms delay in the touch controls as it will assist first that how many taps or commands is given by the user.

7) If a specific gesture still never registers on a clean, dry bud after reset, the touch sensor is faulty.

Note: BASIC map – Vol+ = single-tap Right, Vol- = single-tap Left, Next = triple-tap Right, Prev = triple-tap Left, Answer/End = single-tap either, Reject = double-tap either, Play/Pause = double-tap either, Voice Assistant = four-tap either, Game Mode = long-press 2s either. PRO differs – Game Mode = long-press 2s LEFT, ANC = long-press 2s RIGHT, Voice Assistant = four-tap LEFT, Spatial Audio = four-tap RIGHT, AI Initiation = no default (set in app).

Cannot answer / end / reject calls

1) For system calls: single-tap either bud to answer / end; double-tap either bud to reject.

2) For app calls, use the on-screen controls in that app – a single tap might not answer them.

3) Clean and dry the touch surface; keep taps quick and firm.

4) Ensure 'Call audio' is enabled for 'ALT BUDS / ALT BUDS(S)' in the phone's Bluetooth settings.

5) Reset (case, lid open, case button 10s → "RESET") and re-pair if the taps behave wrongly.

Note: Answer / End call = single-tap either bud; Reject call = double-tap either bud (you'll hear the "Call rejected" tone).

Game / Low-latency mode not working or audio lag while gaming / video

1) Toggle Game Mode – ALT BUDS(S): long-press 2s either bud; ALT BUDS: long-press 2s LEFT bud – confirm you hear "Gaming Mode".

2) Keep the phone close during gaming to reduce RF-induced lag.

3) Turn the phone's Bluetooth OFF / ON or restart the phone to stabilize the RF.

4) Test lag in a different game / video app to rule out an app-side delay.

5) Some latency is expected within the recommended range (which may vary by product). For general audio lag, also see 'Lag / Latency'.

Note: Game Mode toggles between "Gaming Mode" and "Music Mode" prompts. Some A/V lag comes from the app or phone decoder, not the buds.

Voice assistant not launching

1) Ensure a voice assistant (Google / Siri / etc.) is set up and enabled on the phone.

2) Not during a call: four-tap – ALT BUDS(S): either bud; ALT BUDS: LEFT bud.

3) Keep taps quick and even; wipe the touch surface dry.

4) Reset (case, lid open, case button 10s → "RESET") to restore default controls, then re-test.

Note: Voice Assistant works only in a non-call state. The buds only wake the phone's own assistant, which must be set up on the phone.

LED not working / abnormal LED behavior

1) Match the current state to the expected pattern in the note – many 'LED issues' are simply the normal pattern for that state.

2) Charge fully and observe: orange steady (charging) → fixed white LED (full) is correct.

3) Clean the LED window / charging contacts.

4) Reset (case, lid open, case button 10s → "RESET") – buds should flash white light 3 times.

5) When buds are placed in the case / the lid is opened or closed, the Dot LED blinks orange if battery <25%, white if ≥25%; the ALT BUDS guide light glows white for 2 seconds.

6) If the LED is truly dead or shows a colour that matches no defined state after reset, it is faulty.

Note: Expected patterns – Charging = orange steady, LED off when full; Reset = white LED flashes thrice; open/close lid <25% = orange 2s, ≥25% = white 2s. Pro adds a white guide light bar (breathing while charging, steady when full).
