No sound from one side / one earbud silent (audio imbalance)

1) Check the phone's Accessibility → Audio / Visual balance slider is centred (not fully L or R)

2) Clean the silent bud's mesh / nozzle gently with a dry soft brush – wax build-up is the most common cause.

3) Put both buds in the case, close the lid ~10s, reopen to re-sync the TWS pair, then reconnect.

4) Take out the working bud and confirm its sound / touch; then 'Forget' the device, put that bud back, take out the silent bud, reconnect and check its sound / touch.

5) Connect the buds to the Noise Audio app and check the battery shows for both on the dashboard.

6) Reset (case, lid open, case button 10s → "RESET") and re-pair.

"7.

 1) Put the charging case on the charge and take out the one earbud which was working.

 2)  Use the earbud and check the touch function/tap is working perfectly.

 3) Now put that earbud back into the charging case, and take the other one which was not working.

 4) Check the earbud is getting connected and touch function is working or not .

 5) If it doesn't working, put both the earbuds inside the charging case, close the lid and again take them out and check both buds are getting connected or not. In Noise Audio app it's battery percentage can also be checked.

 6) You can also once reset the buds and then connect again. "

• In case the device is confirmed dead / faulty – arrange the RPU (Replacement Pick-Up). Please ensure the issue is reproduced before arranging the RPU.

Low volume / volume too soft

1) Use the ideal ear-tip size for a proper seal.

2) Single-tap the Right bud repeatedly to raise bud volume until you hear "Maximum Volume", and raise volume on all sources (media app, phone, bud controls).

3) Clean the mesh / nozzle of both buds – blocked mesh is the top cause of 'soft' sound.

4) Test in another app and on another phone to check if it is content-specific.

5) If low sound occurs during calls, consider network issues or the other party's device.

6) Reset (case, lid open, case button 10s → "RESET") and re-pair.

Note: Bud volume and phone volume are separate stages. Vol+ = single-tap Right, Vol- = single-tap Left; volume adjustment stays effective even when paused or on a call.

Sound distortion / crackling / static / muffled

1) Lower the phone volume to ~70% and set bud volume with single-taps (Right +, Left -) – maxing both stages can clip audio.

2) Clean and dry the mesh / nozzles; let the buds dry fully if exposed to sweat / water.

3) Test on another phone and another app to isolate the source.

4) Move away from RF interference (Wi-Fi router, other BT devices).

5) 'Forget' + re-pair, then Reset (case, lid open, case button 10s → "RESET") if it persists.

Note: Crackle / static is most often interference or moisture / wax on the driver mesh; distortion only at max volume can be the source volume being too high while bud volume is also maxed.

Microphone not working / caller can't hear / call quality poor

1) Confirm whether it's a system call vs an app call – for app calls, answer inside the app, not by tapping.

2) Clean the microphone holes on the bud stems with a dry soft brush.

3) Check the phone's Bluetooth device settings: 'Call audio' enabled for 'ALT BUDS / ALT BUDS(S)'.

4) Grant microphone permission to the calling app in phone settings.

5) Ensure the buds are worn correctly with the mic in the right direction; using one or both buds doesn't change call performance.

6) Test a normal phone call with each bud individually to find a faulty-side mic.

7) 'Forget' + re-pair, then Reset (case, lid open, case button 10s → "RESET").

Note: ENC (call noise cancellation) activates by default during calls and isn't controlled manually; heavy surrounding noise can still cause some disturbance. Mic holes clogged with lint are a frequent cause of 'they can't hear me'.

ANC / Noise cancellation not working or no effect (PRO ONLY)

1) Confirm the model is Pro. If it is ALT BUDS(S), ANC is not a feature – set the correct expectation.

2) Make sure both earbuds are placed properly in-ear; ANC won't work if only one bud is used or a bud is out of the ear.

3) Long-press the RIGHT bud ~2s and listen for the mode prompt; cycle ANC on → Normal → Transparency to confirm switching works.

4) Do an ear-tip fit test; try a larger / smaller tip size for a proper seal.

5) Test ANC against steady noise (fan, AC, engine hum) where the effect is most audible.

6) Reset (case, lid open, case button 10s → "RESET") and re-test.

Note: ANC is Pro-only (ALT BUDS(S) has no ANC). Default is ANC ON; order is ANC on → Normal → Transparency, each with its own voice prompt. Poor ear-tip seal is the #1 reason ANC 'seems weak'. Transparency mode lets ambient sound in (the opposite of ANC).

ENC

"1) ENC is not controlled manually. It activates by default during the call

2) If there is too much distrubance in the close surroudings then there are chances of disturbance during calling.

3) Please ensure that earbuds should be use in ideal way and MIC is in the right direction as it should be. Also, using 1 earbuds or 2 earbuds doesn't impact the calling performance."

Spatial Audio not working (PRO ONLY)

1) Confirm the model is Pro; if Basic, Spatial Audio is not available.

2) Four-tap the RIGHT bud and listen for the "Spatial Audio" prompt to confirm the toggle.

3) Also check the action command set for Spatial Audio in the Noise Audio app.

4) Test with content / app that supports spatial output.

5) Reset (case, lid open, case button 10s → "RESET") and re-test.

Note: Spatial Audio is Pro-only, toggled by four-tapping the RIGHT bud. Effect depends on the content / app supporting it. The Basic model does not have this.

No / abnormal voice prompts (no beeps or announcements)

1) Raise bud volume (single-tap Right).

2) Test a known prompt: single-tap Left repeatedly →Minimum Volume tone play.

3) Check one side vs both by using each bud alone.

4) Reset (case, lid open, case button 10s → "RESET") and re-test the "Power ON" / "Pairing" tones.

5) If prompts are totally absent on both buds after reset with volume up, check the touch sound and battery drain; if still unresolved, treat as a dead device.

Note: Voice prompts include Power ON/OFF, Pairing, Connected/Disconnected, Battery Low, Incoming Call, Call rejected/end, Gaming/Music Mode, RESET, and on Pro the ANC/Transparency/Normal and Spatial Audio prompts. Prompts follow the bud volume level.
