1) Remove 'ALT BUDS / ALT BUDS(S)' from the phone's Bluetooth settings and restart the phone's Bluetooth (toggle OFF then ON).
2) Reconnect the buds to the phone.
3) Keep the phone within ~10 m line-of-sight; reduce walls / body between the phone and buds.
4) Move away from Wi-Fi routers, microwaves and other BT devices; test in a clean RF area.
5) Restart the mobile phone, then Reset the buds (ensure fully charged before reset) and reconnect.
6) Test on a second phone – if stable there, the issue is the original phone's Bluetooth stack.
7) If the earbuds remain connected even when inside the charging case:
• Place the earbuds in the case and charge it.
• If the issue persists, clean the earbuds' charging pins to remove dust or moisture.
Note: The buds auto-reconnect on their own if they return within range within 10 minutes ("Disconnected" then "Connected" tone). Cutting is usually RF interference, distance / obstruction, or a stale pairing.
