1) Put the earbuds in pairing mode (both buds in the case, open lid; to force-pair, long-press the case button 10s until the white LED flashes thrice).

2) On the TV, open Settings → Bluetooth and scan for devices.

3) Select 'ALT BUDS / ALT BUDS(S)' from the list.

4) Confirm the connection and set the TV sound output to Bluetooth.

5) If the TV has no Bluetooth, use a Bluetooth transmitter via the 3.5 mm jack / RCA / optical port – put the buds in pairing mode and the transmitter connects automatically.

6) A reset can also help in some cases.
