1) Charge the case first – a low case may not complete a reset.

2) Keep both buds inside, lid OPEN, and hold the CASE button for a full 10 seconds (a short press only triggers pairing).

3) Confirm success – the white LED blinks thrice on the buds and the case white LED flashes 3 times.

4) After reset, the buds enter pairing automatically on the next lid-open – pair fresh.

Note: A correct Reset clears the phone-pairing info and restores factory / first-use settings but does NOT clear the L/R TWS pairing.
