1. Please check if it is functionally not working or just customer's understanding issue
2. In what kind of environment customer is using the product ? Check if the environment is noisy.
1. ENC is not controlled functionally. It activates be default during the call.
2. If there is too much disturbance in the close surrounding's of customer then there are chances of disturbance during calling
3. Customer needs to make sure that they are using device in ideal way and MIC is in the right direction as it should be. (refer pictures in UM)
4. For TWS, using 1 earbuds or 2 earbuds doesn't impact the calling performance.
