Note : Please ask if customer is wearing the buds properly or not. In-ear detection will only work for Music/videos and ANC modes.


1. Please check if both the buds are power on or not. Ask the customer to charge and power on the earbuds to use this function

2. Ensure if the buds are connected to the input device

3. This function only enables the music/video play or pause or activate/deactivate ANC modes

4. Do the RESET once to restore the device's factory settings.
