Note : 

1. Please ask if customer has followed the required steps to enter into the Adaptive ANC mode

2. Please clarify the doubt if customer is expecting device to be in Adaptive ANC mode all the time.

There are total 4 modes in this product i.e. Hybrid ANC/Adaptive ANC/Normal and Transparency mode

Note-  Hybrid ANC is the default mode.

1. There are total 4 modes in Buds Xero i.e. Hybrid ANC/Adaptive ANC/Normal and Transparency mode. Hybrid ANC comes as a default mode in the product- as soon as the product is powered on, it is there in Hybrid ANC mode

2. Long press right earbud to switch different modes

3. For the Adaptive ANC, there is a voice prompt to identify that Adaptive ANC mode is on

Note- Adaptive ANC mode does not work automatically unless the command has given to enter into the Adaptive ANC mode.
