What to do in case of poor coverage?
For optimal and reliable mobile coverage, make sure that the Noise Explorer smartwatch is inserted with the correct SIM card.
Noise Explorer smartwatch is compatible with leading network providers (JIO, AIRTEL, Vodafone and BSNL) and with 4G/3G/2G bands.
In case you are experiencing poor coverage, check with your SIM card provider about the network infrastructure.
Check the coverage in your area using your service providers’ coverage map as well.
What to do if the watch does not show any network?
On the Noise Explorer smartwatch, swipe down from the home screen and check the network signal strength and name. If the network strength does not show up then follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check if the SIM card has been inserted correctly and is compatible with the Noise Explorer smartwatch. Make sure that the SIM is activated and has internet data along with the credit.
2. Restart Noise Explorer
3. If it doesn’t show the network then try another SIM card in the Noise Explorer smartwatch.
