- Make sure your earbuds and the mobile device are within the 10m range to each other
- Low battery level may cause the disconnection from the mobile
- If the battery level is less than 5% charge the Earbuds
- If the battery level is more than 5% proceed with the next step
Note: Visibility of the battery level is subjective and may vary brand to brand
Sound problems may occur due to an issue with the Music player, try playing the same track with a different music player to notice a difference.
Tap the right earbud once to increase the volume
- Go to settings of your Bluetooth device
- Click on the Air Buds+
- Check the battery percentage

I am not getting sound in my earbuds
Chances are, you might have an issue with the mobile. You can check if the Earbuds are working well using a different mobile. If the issue still presist with an alternate device proceed with replacement as per policy
- How to unpair from the mobile
"1. Tap and hold the Bluetooth icon on your mobile
2. Tap on the Air Buds +
3. Click on Remove / Forget Air Buds +"
- Pairing with a new device
"1. Open charging case.
2. LED will blink in white LED on earbuds and white LED still indicating earbuds are in pairing mode

5. Turn ON the Bluetooth
