   Check for the battery level of the Earbuds

• Tap and hold the Bluetooth icon on your mobile
• Look for Air Buds + and check the battery level

In case you are still facing issues you can unpair the device from your mobile with the following steps: 

• Tap and hold the Bluetooth icon on your mobile
• Tap on "Noise Airbuds+"
