I purchased Noise Colorfit Icon 3 on the day of its launch and received it by the 4th of April, it was working fine 7th of April Night and after that, it stop responding at all, I followed all the required steps to bring it back to the working condition I contacted to your customer support but she was unable to resolve my issue and was asked to log a complaint on the website although I had logged one on your app, no one connected back. since then I have logged one and no quick step is been taken.
I have attached the required invoice of the product
I request you to take the required action as soon as possible because I need my watch urgently for a function.
