My watch is not opening and taking charge

Hi dear noise my self parth rajurkar iam u're old customer My noise core 2buzz is not opening and taking charge and my watch is under Warenty please solve my problem and my watch fine from outside and it was not damaged by water and dust and when I give charge to the watch that time my watch is not opening and not giving any response
