Dear noise team, I purchased noise colorfit ultra 2 dated :- 09/12/2022 in gonoise website. The smartwatch quality not satisfied. There are 3 4 problems i have noticed. 1) neckband Bluetooth connection and smart watch Bluetooth connection not working properly 2) cycle tracker ( female safety period ) future not show in the smartwatch. 3) The future are not good . 4) Quality wise the smart watch is very proof preformed. This smartwatch is not worth the price. Please take the return of this smartwatch and give me a refund or replace it with Noise's Colorfit Pro 4 Max watch. Please reply as soon as possible.
