Noise Colorfit Pulse Grand

Few days ago I have a problem in my pulse grand and Noise had initiated a reverse pick up for my pulse grand. Now my Pulse Grade has reached at noise warehouse(18 August) and today is 26 August. It has 9 days but they are doing nothing and they did no response to me . Help me Noise .
