Colorfit Pro 3 malfunction

I charged the watch but didn't use it for a day or 2 and now it is not working. I tried to hold the side button for 10 secs but nothing is happening. It's been just over 2 months since I bought the watch. Also, the customer service is so pathetic it is just sending me from one mode to another. First I called the customer support, they asked me to send a mail. I received a reply on mail saying report problem on website. I mean WTH!!
