- Low Sound
1) Please use the ideal size ear tips with your earbuds.
2) Ensure volume is adjusted on all sources (music/video app, mobile phone, Earphones controls).
3) Test the device with different mobile phones to determine if the issue is content-specific.
4) Please clean the ear tips if earwax (cerumen) is there.
5) If low sound occurs during calls, consider network issues or problems with the other party’s device.
- Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)
1) Please make sure that both earbuds should placed properly in-ear.
2) Open the Noise Audio app, go to the Noise Control section > Click on the ANC icon > Select the Low, Medium and High Level accordingly.
3) If one earbud is taken out of the ear or using only a single earbud then ANC will not work.
- Transparency
1) Please make sure that both the earbuds are placed properly in-ear.
2) Open the Noise Audio app, go to the Noise Control section, tap the Transparency icon, and save adjustments.
3) Transparency mode allows ambient sound to enter the ear (the opposite of ANC) and can also be controlled through touch. Please check the User Manual for touch-enabled functions.
- Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC)
1) ENC is not controlled manually. It activates by default during the call
2) If there is too much disturbance in the close surroudings then there are chances of disturbance during calling.
3) Please ensure that earbuds should be used in ideal way and MIC is in the right direction as it should be. Also, using 1 earbud or 2 earbuds doesn't impact the calling performance.
- In-ear detection
1) Ensure both earbuds are powered on, if not, please charge the earbuds and power them on.
2) Confirm that the earbuds are connected to the input device.
3) Enable In-ear Detection toggle in the Noise Audio app (Homepage > Touch Gestures > Enable Inear Detection toggle > Save adjustments).
4) This function controls play/pause for media and activates/deactivates ANC; if still issues persist, consider a RESET to restore factory settings.
