- Unable to connect
1) Before pairing with the app, ensure your smartphone and Master Buds are connected together. Open the mobile’s Bluetooth settings; the buds (e.g., “Noise Buds 1”) should appear—tap to connect.
2) If the buds do not appear, press and hold the charging case button for 5 seconds until the white light starts breathing (entering pairing mode).
3) Once the buds appear, tap to connect via Bluetooth.
4) Then, open the Noise Audio App; after searching, the buds’ name will appear—tap it to connect with the app.
- Noise Control
1) Ensure the buds are connected via both Bluetooth and the Noise Audio App.
2) Open the Noise Audio App, navigate to the Noise Control feature, and select the ANC/Transparency mode with the proper action command.
3) Setting should work as per the given command.
- Equalizer
1) Ensure that the earbuds are connected via both Bluetooth and the Noise Audio App.
2) Open the Noise Audio App and go to the Equalizer feature on the homepage.
3) Select a preset mode (e.g., Jazz, Rock, Club and Default) or use the Custom EQ option and play music to test.
- Find my device
1) Verify that the earbuds are connected via Bluetooth and the Noise Audio App.
2) In the app, navigate to Settings and select the “Find My Buds” option.
3) Tap the Play button to trigger an increasing sound from the selected earbud.
4) Tap “Found it” to stop the sound (ensure the device is not in use before starting).
- Device location
1) Ensure the earbuds are connected via Google Fast Pairing which can only be done in the Android devices
2) Verify that the mobile’s location service is turned on.
3) Install the Google “Find Device” app from the Play Store.
4) Open the app and select your device (e.g., “Noise Buds 1”) to display its location.
- Spatial Audio
1) Please enable/disable the Spatial Audio as it is a touch-enabled function. You can tap either earbud 4 times to enable or disable the Spatial Audio.
2) Also, check the action command set for Spatial Audio in the Noise Audio App.
- Firmware
1) Ensure that the buds are connected via Bluetooth and the Noise Audio App, and that they have over 50% charge.
2) Open the Noise Audio App, go to Settings, and select the Firmware Update option.
3) If an update is available, tap to update; the process may take a few minutes—do not exit or refresh the page during the update.
- Frequent Disconnection
1) If the buds get disconnected from the app. Kindly click on the reconnect.
2) If still it doesn’t get connected, Click on the Settings button then click on the (3 dots) icon just below the Product image.
3) Click on the Forget device, then reconfirm it.
4) Remove the earbud name from the mobile’s Bluetooth settings and restart the application and repeat the pairing process.
- Touch Control
1) Open the Noise Audio App and navigate to the Touch Gestures section on the homepage.
2) Tap the “Customize” button below the left or right earbud.
3) Select the desired gesture (Single Tap, Double Tap, Triple Tap, or Tap Hold) and assign the corresponding action.
4) Save the adjustments.
- Profile
1) Tap the “My Profile” icon at the bottom right on the Noise Audio App homepage.
2) Upload a profile picture using the upload button.
3) Edit the profile name and date of birth by tapping the “Edit Profile” icon at the top right of the My Profile page.
- App Update
1) Open the Noise Audio App and click on the Settings option on the homepage.
2) Select the “App update” button (an update will be offered if available).
3) Alternatively, check the Play Store or App Store for updates.
- Logout/Delete Account
1) Tap the “My Profile” icon at the bottom right on the Noise Audio App homepage.
2) Tap the “Edit Profile” icon at the top right of the My Profile page.
3) Select the “Logout/Delete account” option.
