• Product not charging

 

1) Place the earbuds into the charging case and charge the case.

• Use the provided CType USB cable to connect the device to a USB port on a laptop/computer (ensure the PC is ON and not in sleep/hibernate mode).

• Try a different USB port if needed.

• Avoid highpower mobile chargers (over 2A) and verify that the wall socket is functioning properly.

 

 

  • Fast Discharging

 

1) Check the battery level on the Bluetooth bar (or in Bluetooth settings) when the device is connected.

2) Battery level can also be checked on the Home screen of the Noise Audio app. Note - The battery level can vary slightly depending on the usage.

3) In case of major inconsistencies in the battery percentage, please once 'Reset' the device and reconnect.

Note that if the device volume is 100% then the battery consumption will be higher

 

 

  • No Power On

 

 

1) The device should not be in the deep discharge mode (i.e., not idle for too long).

2) If the earphones/charging case were not charged for a very long time then charge it for 2-3 hours

3) Check for any physical damage and Keep it on charge for 60 minutes. Open the charging case lid. Press the charging case button for 3 seconds and check LED light appears.
