Unable to pair with Mobile/Laptop
1) Before pairing, make sure that your Master Buds Max and mobile/laptop are next to each other.
2) Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds to bring the Master Buds Max into pairing mode. Search and select Master Buds Max to pair. Your Master Buds Max headphones are now ready to use.
3) If the mobile’s Bluetooth list does not show the device’s name, restart the mobile’s Bluetooth.
4) Toggle Airplane mode (turn on, then off) on the mobile.
5) Restart the mobile phone.
6) Charge the headphone for 30 minutes to verify charging.
Frequent Disconnection
1) Remove the device from the mobile’s Bluetooth settings and restart the mobile’s Bluetooth.
2) Reconnect the device with the mobile.
3) Restart the mobile, then RESET the device and reconnect (ensure the product is fully charged before RESET).
Lag or Latency
1) Request you to disconnect/reconnect the device or restart the mobile.
2) For offline videos, verify if video quality is causing the lag.
3) For online videos, check if streaming quality or internet speed is the issue.
4) For gaming, note that some latency is expected within the recommended range (which may vary by product).
This issue is mainly caused by Mobile Phones compatibility. Restarting the Mobile Phone will eliminate this issue as the Mobile RF will get stable.
Not able to connect the TWS with smart TV
1) Put Your Master Buds Max in Pairing Mode
2) Go to TV settings. Enable Bluetooth & Scan for Devices
3) Select Your Master Buds Max Headphone
4) Confirm Connection & Adjust Sound Output
If your TV doesn't have the Bluetooth then needs to use a Bluetooth Transmitter.
5) Put your headphone in pairing mode.
6) The transmitter will automatically connect.
RESET the headphone can also worked in some cases
Dual Pairing
1) Request you to follow the given below dual pairing process:
• Connect the device with Mobile1/Laptop1.
• Turn off Bluetooth on Mobile1/Laptop1.
• Connect the device with Mobile2/Laptop2.
• Then, turn Bluetooth back on for Mobile1/Laptop1.
2) The device remains connected to one device at a time.
3) Once the first device’s function pauses, the second device becomes active.
4) In incoming call situations, if one device is playing media, the device auto switches to the incoming call phone.
"5) A 3–4 second delay in switching is normal due to headphone assessment.
Alternatively. a) Double Press the Power button in order to activate the pairing with the second device."
Google Fast Pairing
1) Ensure Bluetooth and location are enabled on the Android mobile, and the Headphone is in the pairing mode.
2) User must have logged-in Gmail ID in the Mobile Phone
3) A popup window with the product name and image should appear; tap it to pair.
4) (Note: If the popup is cancelled twice manually, it won’t reappear for 10 minutes; however, the device remains visible in system settings.)
Please note: It will work only with the Android mobiles.
Product RESET
1) Ensure that the Master Buds Max Headphone is fully charged.
2) Delete/remove “Master Buds Max” from the paired devices list in the Bluetooth menu.
3) Press and hold the + and - button simultaneously for 5 seconds.
4) The reset prompt will appear and headphone will comes back into the pairing mode.
