Low Sound
1) Ensure volume is adjusted on all sources (music/video app, mobile phone, Headphone controls).
2) Test the device with different mobile phones to determine if the issue is content specific.
3) Please once reset the headphones and reconnect.
4) If low sound occurs during calls, consider network issues or problems with the other party’s device.
Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)
1) Please make sure that the headphone is placed properly over the ear and the ANC mode is on.
2) Open the Noise Audio app, go to the Noise Control section > Click on the ANC icon > Select the Low, Medium and High Level accordingly.
3) If the headphone is not properly set over the headphone then it might not work.
Transparency
1) Please make sure that the headphone is placed properly over the ear and the ANC mode is on.
2) Open the Noise Audio app, go to the Noise Control section, tap the Transparency icon, and save adjustments.
3) Transparency mode allows ambient sound to enter the ear (the opposite of ANC) and can also be controlled through button. Please check the User Manual for touch enabled functions.
Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC)
1) ENC is not controlled manually. It activates by default during the call
2) If there is too much distrubance in the close surroudings then there are chances of disturbance during calling.
3) Please ensure that headphone should be use in ideal way.
Wear detection
1) Confirm that the headphone is connected to the input device.
2) Enable Wear Detection toggle in the Noise Audio app (Homepage > Enable Wear Detection toggle > it will get saved).
3) This function controls play/pause for media and activates/deactivates ANC; if still issues persist, consider a RESET to restore factory settings.
