1. Unpair both earbuds from the device.
2. Long-press both buds simultaneously for 7 seconds to RESET.
3. Put the earbuds back in the case & close the lid.
 4. Open the lid and reconnect again.

 Note: At the time of resetting the earbud, it should not be connected to your phone, nor should it be the case.
